We received a great service from our assistant Gemma who assessed our needs on the really cool sleep analysis machine and then showed us the mattresses that exactly matched our needs, from there it was easy to make the right decision

The staff were amazing - friendly, approachable, knowledgeable. The sleep match took the stress out of having to guess which mattress type I would like. I got a great deal.

I went to our nearest store first at Waterlooville a total waste of time very unhelpful not interested in listening. Then my daughter suggested going to the Havant Branch where I can honestly say I was so impressed with Gemma who served me. She knew the products and her knowledge lead to buy.
