Niamh at the Havant store was very knowledgeable about the mattresses, was very friendly and excellent customer service. My partner and I have different health conditions and our old mattress was horrendous and we would wake up in pain every morning. We tried couple mattresses in store and found the perfect mattress for both of our needs with Niamh. The only downside was the price, the price was very high for us, my partner is unemployed due to an motocross accident last year which cause him to break his back and now in a wheelchair, myself on low income, full time employment. Niamh managed to get some discount on which we were greatful for.
