Received a great service from Gemma - she is very knowledgeable of all the products - very impressed with the test equipment that informs you which bed you should be looking for - Dreams are a lot more professional than your competitors

I had the sales man Richard in Havant Portsmouth my husband and I went in on the Sunday and I went back with my friend on the Monday she brought of him to I would go back to him very friendly man

Shaun was professional and friendly as well as extremely helpful in explaining our options with regard to the mattress that we were looking for. He outlined the workings of the diagnostic bed which led to narrowing our requirements. He was not pushy in any way but considerate and attentive nevertheless. Nice coffee thank you!

Salesperson, Gemma, was extremely helpful. Not pushy at all in her approach, but was easily available when we needed her for more information. Throughly knowledgeable on the ranges and products.

Richard was exceptionally helpful as i came into the store on crutches after having major surgery on my knee, couldn't have been more attentive, very knowledgable on what i explained i was looking for and spent as long as it took helping me find the mattress which was best suitable for my needs. couldn't have been more helpful.
