The colleague that attended us (Chris) was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and competent, which made the experience very pleasant.

The person who served us was very helpful and understood exactly what we wanted as showed us the very thing we were looking for

Coming from a Prestige sales back ground myself & hate being sold too “as you know what’s coming next” so to speak was not the case in this instance, the valuable knowledge both Gemma & Richard have was impressive to say the least.. I’m not speaking of other Dream stores or other competitor businesses but the Havant store clearly knows what it’s doing d doing it very well.! maybe others should take some notes.. Well done Gemma & Richard and thank you for assisting me in my purchase. (10 house points)

Very helpful staff, and speedy ordering.

Staff were very courteous and their product knowledge was fantastic. They weren’t “pushy” in just looking for a sale. The lady took time to talk to us about other things, rather than just our purchase. She took time and gave us lots of time to really decide which mattress was right for us, having been told of our horror stories in another well known chain. She was patient and very honest.

Hannah was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We were given the right amount of attention without being crowded and given the time we needed. Gemma was very knowledgable and able to answer our questions
