We entered the shop not really having a clue about the different mattress options available. We were shown and talked through the virtual mattress matcher and then shown the recommended options. Gemma was very friendly and helpful and even took time to show us her Napp app for the sleepwell range. I would definitely recommend the Havant shop

I had ordered a small single bed last year but not a headboard. I returned to the store to order a headboard having looked on line first to see what was available. I wanted to see the product in situ before ordering. The assistant was extremely helpful and friendly and the whole transaction was completed very quickly.

It was a fanrastic journey with both your staff and we had a very amusing experience with them considering our last experience was awful and said we would never buy from dreams again..... so lets hope the after sales team will be more accommodating than last time...as we had a lot of problems with our last tempur matress and after many complaints and no results we just gave up ...
