I was treated with courtesy, was not rushed and had all my questions answered by someone who obviously knew what she was talking about.

Julie was very friendly but also gave us plenty of time and space to try the products. Helpful and available but no pressure.

Gemma met us when we walked in and offered assistance. As we had some idea of what we wanted we conveyed our needs. Gemma took this information and presented us with exactly what we wanted to try out, and ultimately assisted us in making the choice of our new mattress. We found Gemma to be knowledgeable, confident and friendly. She gave us the information we needed without us feeling bullied or pressured. She made us feel relaxed and encouraged us to spend the time making the correct decision. It was overall a very pleasant experience.

Niamh was a very attentive, polite and knowledgeable member of staff, without being overbearing or pushy. Gave all information needed to make our purchase easy.

Staff were very polite, my order was taken very efficiently, everything was explained and dealt with in record time. A very stress free experience indeed.

The store was pretty much empty so I w a able to speak to a memb e if staff very quickly. Gemma spoke to us informing us the difference in the types of mattresses we were looking for. We were asked if we wanted a drink whilst which was a nice touch. we were informed about prices and what offers were available. Having chosen our mattress we were taken through the offers plus delivery date. We paid outright for our mattress ove £1700. It would be if benefit to those in the position I was to give some more benefits bearing in mind the out lay.
