The young man who served us was very helpful and suggested a really good value product.

Nice large and spacious store with very friendly staff who were able to assist us with our queries. The store was clean and had both the items in store for us to look at before purchasing as we saw the items online before coming into the store.

Richard at the Havant store was very helpful. From the outset get helped is find suitable products, gave us coffee, was always on hand for further questions, but also gave my partner and I some space for discussion and deliberation. He was very helpful and meticulous when completing our order at the desk. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

The staff were extremely helpful and dealt with us very professionally, and explained everything very clearly, we were very satisfied thank you.

The went over the top to change the item ordered as changed my mind once order was started, but due to ordering system, could not be corrected to following day when they called me back and confirmed changes requested with advised delivery date.

We entered the shop and were immediately greeted by Gemma, however she was not intrusive and just asked whether we needed assistance. We just looked for a while, and she left us to it. When we had questions, she was very helpful, gave us guidance and then allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted trying out various mattresses. She even made us a coffee. Clearly the sales assistants have a job to do, however I wish more shops had the approach that Gemma does of being helpful without being intrusive.

We knew what we wanted and could try out the mattresses. The help, support and ordering procedure was efficient.

Although computers were down the saleswoman was very helpful and apologetic as I couldn’t order the bed but as soon as the problem was fixed in the store she phoned and we booked over the phone

We were acknowledged when we walked into store , assistant kind & helpful , but didn't hound us . Was there if we needed advice . She ( Gemma) made us all a cup of tea , and when we had made our choice , she took the transaction smoothly thru to completion . Thank you .
