Very patient staff, friendly and knowledgeable.

At the first Dreams store we visited we were greeted and our needs were quickly understood by the assistant. I was able to show him the documentation for the previous bedding that we purchase from Dreams 16 years before. He quickly understood our requirements and recognised the writing on our old invoice. He recommended that we should go to a bigger store where the product we were looking for was on display AND that branch was managed by the lady who had served us 16 years before. It took 10 minutes to get to her store. Again we were treated very efficiently and without any pressure were able to identify the product we needed and agreed to buy. We are waiting for delivery!

The assistant was very informative then gave us the space we needed to try out the mattresses. We were offered a drink and could have received our product within a few days.

We have explained what we were looking for and we were advised on the products available to us withing our budget and needs. We were also very pleased with the different options and the various promotions and sales.

Great service and very friendly staff. We were offered Tea, coffee or a cold drink when entered the store. The staff (Julie) knew all the answers to the questions we asked her.

I was very happy with Niamh she was a lovely lady, she did not rush me into buying my bed which was very pleasant and relaxing, it gave time to really make sure that the product was what I needed, It was my first purchase from Dreams and I will certainly visit again should I need a new bed in the future.
