The sales person was very helpful provided a glass of water on a very hot day She was friendly informative and aware. Of our needs everything was done in good time

The sales person was pleasant and not pushy, she approached us, asked a few questions, pointed us in the right direction and then left us to try out the beds and waited for us to call her over to assist further. Spot on, friendly, direct , approachable, but then non-intrusive, or pushy. Just right.

The store had exactly the item I wanted, staff very extremely helpful

The Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The offered us tea. Coffee or a cold drink when we arived. The store was very well layed out with ample walking spaces between the beds.

We were attended by Richard who was obviously new to the team. He was a little nervous but coped really well with our inquiries. He was helpful but not too pushy. He was also supported excellently by his colleague. I dont know her name but she had a huge cup and was very friendly.
