Very efficient assistance and great product

all our questions were answered quickly and politely, and we never felt pressurised

the personal was very helping, but also give us the time and space to make our decisions. She was very friendly and explained all the details

I liked the fact that we were allowed a little time to look around before the assistant came to offer help. She was then very helpful explaining the different types of mattresses available. She then left us to look further but was available when we next needed help. We were encouraged to try many mattresses and I did not feel pushed into buying.

The staff were friendly polite and very knowledgeable over the products and advised us on our needs.
