Very friendly and informative service.

The assisstant was knowledgable but not pushy, She gave us time to try as many beds as we liked and was there if we needed advise.

Found what we wanted. Had a laugh with Julie, the sales colleague who had exceptional customer service, whilst we looked at combinations of beds and furniture.

Went to the store looking for a new mattress due to having a shoulder and hip replacement and needing another on my other shoulder this year. I needed something that would surport my joints. when arriving at the store the colleague who’s name was Ash was so helpful offering advice on mattress and toppers also getting us a cup of tea, which slipped out of my hand and went everywhere he was helpful with his colleague while helping to clean up. We are delighted with are choice and we are looking forward to are new mattress coming at the weekend and can not thank him enough.

We'd spent a lot of time looking at beds I other shops but having bought a bed this year at Dreams we stopped looking and went back there. Ashley is an absolute delightful young man - shame he didn't share the bed with me! Julie - lovely lady very knowledgeable and helpful - and fun to talk to. The delivery lads -Dan and Connor - again top notch. The time slot was right and they were efficient, friendly and extremely polite. Please pass on my comments. Apologies for taking so long to complete this but we've had a lot to do lately. Again - thanks to all.
