Dreams - Havant

I have visited several times before placing the order and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful . Julie who took the order today has previously offered advice and has been great.

Was given lots if info on our purchase and all our questions were answered.

The driver is an absolute god! An absolute credit to Dreams, couldn’t have asked for better ;) what a man, his assistant was ok to :)

We were greeted by Gemma who said, take a look around and when your ready give me shout and I'll help with any questions. This meant we didn't feel pressured and when ready she gave us some pillows, then gave us the information we needed and gave us the time to come to our own decision on our bed and mattress. It made the whole experience really easy and we felt comfortable with the choice we made.

Excellent staff, ordering was quick and easy, no hard sell on additional products, we did buy insurance. Surprised at very short delivery time. Sales assistant very knowledgeable

I was very well looked after, I was informed about the product I wanted to buy in a non pushy way. I was left to try out the mattresses with no fuss. I wasn’t rushed into making a quick decision, if I needed help it was there. Product knowledge was outstanding. Very friendly staff

Both members of staff on shift were very helpful and friendly. It was a Thursday afternoon if this helps to narrow it down?! Reasonably priced goods
