We were welcomed by Julie, who was very friendly and helpful. Julie explained how the Dreams bed rating system worked and was very interested to hear how she could help us. The offer of a cup of tea or coffee was gladly accepted! Everything was easily understood and then we were given plenty of time to try out the beds and make our choice. Julie remained on hand and we then placed our order at which time all the details were explained to us. We both feel that Julie is a real credit to the Havant store.

It was the best experience that I have had when buying an important item. The staff and in particular the assistant who served me was very knowledgeable helpful and kind.

When I Astro end I was rather overwhelmed by the variety of beds available. The sales assistant found me, listened to my requirements and found products which he felt might suit and gave me time to think about and examine various beds and mattresses

I went into the Havant store - just to browse and see if there was a suitable replacement mattress to my Sleepeezee Venitian... The gentleman I asked was very helpful, explaining the differences with the mattresses.... It resulted in me purchasing a Rapley K.... I was not put under any pressure....

The salesman Andrew could not have been more helpful. He was not at all pushy, he was very polite and jovial. He was knowledgeable and when we left he walked us to the door and told us to contact him if we needed to alter anything or wished to discuss anything that we may not have asked about at the time of purchase, as that is his job to make sure his customers are completely happy with their purchase. All i can say is i wish every retail shop had staff like him and gave that type of service. Sue Perris

Julie the assistant could not have been more helpful, she understood our needs and meet them perfectly. She gave us enough time to browse by ourselves and seemed to time her interaction spot on when we seemed to get to a crossroads. She explained the available products then left us alone ago with no hard sell or pushiness. She was very knowledgeable about the products even recognising our existing mattress which I brought in 2007. Once we had made our decision on purchase she then provided us with possible payment methods which I had not considered. I was going to pay on my card and pay off later but the deferred finance option was perfect for us. Julie could not be more helpful and made our whole buying experience a pleasure and not a chore. She is a credit to your store and company as a whole and should be recognised for her approach to customer service.

The sales assistant was friendly, knowledgable, polite and very helpful without being in any way pushy. Having made a decision our order was quickly processed with a minimum of fuss. Excellent service.
