Very polite and helpful to my needs. Gave me good advice and offered me a hot drink while I decide on my product. Cannot fault the staff at all. I would go back in the future to buy any products or other items In store.

I was given assistance and offered a drink buy a lovely lady called Julie. She helped with our needs and made good reccomendations as I have asthma so recommend a bed for allergies. She also recommended 2 pillows for me and my partner which I would not have thought about buying until she showed us a selection. She was very friendly and gave us lots of information that we have found really useful.

The lady working called Gemma was very efficient and knew a lot about the products which was great, we ordered our new bed as a spur of the moment thing and she made the whole ordering process really easy and managed to arrange it all very quickly which was great when you have two young kids with you who get bored quickly!! She was very friendly and we were very happy with the service.

The assistant (Niamh)was very good, very patient and explained things very well. She was very knowledgeable and presented herself and the the store very well indeed. Nothing was too much trouble to her and she was very calm in our dealings. Well done to her. When confirming the order at the desk with Gemma, the experience was equally good with no fuss and a well explained process taking us thru delivery , disposal of old mattress etc. Well done again.

Staff were friendly and reasonably knowledgeable. We had time and space to make our choice. Ordering was straight forward.

Staff were very friendly and explained in detail the different types of bed. Let me try them out and take as much time as I needed. They even made me a coffee. I also bought other items, a protective cover and sheets, the deep fitted sheet is the best fit I have ever had. I will return for another one.

Andrew was very helpful and made sure we were buying the right mattress.

I was dealt with by a man called Ashley who was very pleasant, friendly and knew what he was doing. I was not pounced upon as soon as I entered the store, and took my time to look around the store at the bed mattresses which was good. My mother was even given a coffee which was very nice. We were allowed to bide our time when choosing what items we wanted which made it a lot easier for us, and were given advice about the products we were looking to buy. The service we received was properly carried out and efficient. Thankyou.

I was spoken to by a floor assistant soon after entering the store. She showed me a variety of acceptable options for what I was after. The Sales Assistant, Julie, was very helpful
