The lady that helped me was clearly poorly but so kind and patient. It was emotional for me as a single mum to spend so much money on something for my health and she was patient and supportive.

Good knowledge and assistance from manager, Julie at Dreams Havant. We were also given a go in the Tempur experience cubicle which helped and relaxed us.

Everything about the store was great. Very impressed. Our assistant was very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasant manner. We were given coffee and not pressurised in any way.

The staff member immediately acknowledged my arrival into the store very pleasantly. She answered all questions comprehensively displaying a thorough knowledge of the products. The visit was a pleasure.

No pressure was put on us and the staff member was always on hand when we had questions and took the time to help us. Great service.

Looking for a new frame and mattress, after browsing around Gemma approached us and asked what it was was were looking for. She explained the coloured system of different mattress types and pointed us in the direction of which would be best for us. Was very friendly and helpful. The purchasing process was delayed by computer issues but quickly sorted out and explained in full detail. Very happy with our experience.
