Colleagues were friendly, approachable and helpful. Happy to give advice and look at ways to help meet requirements.

Julie served me. The minute I walked in the store she smiled and offered to help me. I was just having a look. I had no intention of making a purchase. Julie offered me a hot drink and then went and fought me a nice clean pillow. I was advised to take off my coat and lie down on the beds using the pillow to get a feel for the comfort. Julie explained all the colour coding and what it meant. I tried a few beds but went back to the first one she recommended. Decided to buy the bed as it was on special offer. The great price was even further discounted as Dreams support armed forces families. Absolutely delighted to have my new bed ordered and delivered for Xmas. Bonus result for a little extra money, our old bed is being taken away to save us the hassle. I will be telling all of our armed forces friends to visit Julie in Havant store!

The assistant was on her own and there were about two to three other customers there but she managed to juggle all of us so we all felt important, she was polite and helpful and didn't get flustered which if I'd been in her shoes I probably would have done. Very good customer service by a happy and friendly person.

We were acknowledged as soon as we walked in. Asked if we wanted any assistance, friendly staff. Offered a drink. When we were ordering My daughter got to do some colouring which she absolutely loved!

We were offered coffee, and the member of staff, explained several options, we were not rushed to make a decision, in fact we were left to browse, but were told to return to the assistant if needed, which we did, and glad we did so as she was very helpful. Thank you

It was at around 5pm so quite quiet. Julie was there waved at us when we arrived and came over to introduce herself after we had a quick glance instore. She advised us of all the information we required in regards to each product and answers to any queries we had.

When we asked Gemma about the mattresses available she took the time to explain the different types available. We were offered pillows to test the beds and a cup of tea/ coffee. We were given as much time as we needed to make our decision and Gemma was always available if we had a question. There was no feeling of being pushed into buying anything or being rushed into a decision. We liked the mattress models on view and the information available to help us make an informed decision.

We were served by a delightful assistant called Julie at your Havant branch who was so kind and helpful can’t praise her highly enough

The salesman Ashley was wonderful - on knowing our requirements took us through the options (without being pushy) - we had only gone in to look but came out feeling confident about what we had just purchased. It was delivered today and the delivery men were absolutely great (even down to wanting to take their shoes off at the door - told them they didn't have to) Wonderful service so thank you very much
