We were made to feel like a valued customer. the staff were friendly and professional.

Assistant was very helpful, explaining the colour system and the various constructions of the matresses. Mattress was available for delivery 4 days after ordering which we were very satisfied with. A pleasure to do business with.

we spent a couple of hours in store talking to sales team and just trying different matteress, the lady who dealt with us was brilliant

Because i wasnt bombarded with staff as soon as i walked in to the store i knew they were there if i needed help , the man that ended up serving me even offered to drop my matress to my door because it wouldnt fit in to my car , but unfortunatley it wasnt in stock .

Great service, not jumped on straight away by sales advisor!

The helpful staff had a big problem, it was a warm day and the building was absolutely boiling! Fans were in situ but we felt the heat was almost unbearable. We had with us our 94 year old aunt who found the heat almost suffocating.

The staff were experienced ad knowledgeable. Good selection of stock. The only down side was the fact that the store is very stuffy and could be uncomfortable in hot weather

Great Staff and great service from all the stores staff, really made it a nice experience. Offered drinks and refills. Products we were looking for were easy to find on your internet linked screen, it took us a short time to identify what we were looking for, and Andrew soon confirmed availability and typical delivery times. Ordering was a simple activity and all of the forms were clearly explained..great well done.

Assistant was very efficient. The store was very clean and tidy and we were able to see exactly what we needed without having to traipse all over the showroom.
