Kirsten was very professional and knowledgeable about the products and the whole business of sleep. Having not bought a new mattress for many years, she gave me a lot of information I wasn't aware of.

First of all Chris welcome me into the show and described what Dreams do. He then set up the bed to test my weight and show me the mattresses. He then took the time to describe what each mattress had to offer and how they could improve my sleep. From there he gave me the time to try them and move around the shop deciding on the mattress I liked the most. His attitude was fantastic and he clearly had a passion for his work. As soon as I looked over to ask for more information or help he was right with me talking me through everything. He continued to be polite all the time and had a very good understanding of the product

Mat was the sales person who guided us through the range of products, having first understood our requirements. He was very knowledgable on the range of products available and helped guide us to a clear decision on our purchase.
