Nichola was extremely helpful and after suggesting we tried the calibration mattress she directed us to 5 different mattresses that were all great. We were only coming to the store for advice but ended up buying a mattress and bed frame. AAA+ service.

Dreams were recommended to us by friends and all expectations were met. Nichola introduced herself and on explaining we had no idea what we needed she took us to the "smart bed", talked us through the process, showed us around all the recommended mattresses, explained the differences, pro and cons etc. She spent a lot of time with us, even helping to entertain our 2 children while we tested matresses! All with a polite and friendly approach and smile on her face. Exceptional customer service. We ended up spending a lot more money thsn originally planned but felt completely happy that it was an investment well made.

The customer service was, quick, friendly and effective. I didn’t feel pressured to spend lots of money and I feel as though I was given an honest opinion and plenty of information from the sales rep. I felt very confident with my purchase and look forward to receiving it.

We felt we were properly looked after by Matt in the York Clifton Moor store. He took time to help us find the right mattress & frame, without pressurising us or making us feel obliged to spend more money & showed us a range of products available. After showing us what was available & making some recommendations he let us have a good long look ourselves without hanging over us. We felt we could properly try the mattresses to ensure we chose the correct one. We were also pleased with the ease with which the order took place. The delivery time isn’t too long either. Overall a very positive experience.

Chris was informative, listened to what I was after didn’t push a sale on me and helped entertain my son whilst out shopping.
