On entering the store a member of staff quickly came to our assistance. We were measured on the sleep machine for the right mattress. We were assisted by two members of staff who were both equally helpful. We were offered a drink which we declined at that time. We were then guided to the the choice of mattresses associated to the recommendation and given a pillow each try try out various mattresses. We were then offered a drink again which we accepted. We were told about the 40 day try out and that if we were not satisfied we could exchange the mattress for one of equal value or more. We then tried out a couple of mattresses again before we placed our order. I have since phoned to say I wanted to possibly change the mattress and they have asked me to go back in to make sure I am happy. I was very pleased with the service and got an unexpected 10% discount as I am in the forces. Definitely worth a mention to serving friends and glad to be supported by Dreams.

Excellent and efficient customer service. Helpful and informative

The manager, I believe his name was Paul was extremely knowledgeable, highly efficient and very polite and friendly.

Matthew the sales assistant was very friendly and helpful but not too pushy. He gave us time on our own to decide on the product but was there to answer any questions. He was very knowledgeable and we were very happy with his service.

We were helped by an assistant called Matthew who was so so helpful and gave my partner and i the most amazing deal on a mattress. We were so impressed with the service and i will definitely be recommending Dreams to others.

The sales girl was very polite and helpful she did all she could to find us what we where after and gave us the best price she could can’t remember her name but she was excellent in all areas.

Very helpful sales adviser, very knowledgeable and helped us look at the right mattresses for our needs. When we placed the order with her in the store, there was a computer glitch that none of us had been aware of which meant the delivery date hadn't registered. The sales adviser called us as soon as she spotted the issue to check the agreed date and ensure our order was scheduled in for that day.
