The man who dealt with me was very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly.

The employee who assisted us (Rachel) was extremely helpful. This was the first time my partner and I were buying new mattresses, we were a little nervous about making such an important, long-term purchase and she put us at ease. I was impressed by her knowledge about the different types of mattresses, and the pros and cons of a divan versus a bed frame. My job is a very active one, and I get some back and neck pain from it, the mattress that Rachel helped me pick is so comfortable and takes so much pressure off, it is a perfect fit. She also helped us fit the mattress into our admittedly small car. Honestly 10/10, very pleased with the experience.

Great choice and helpful friendly service from Nichola at the York store. When the delivery time was too long for what we needed she helped us find an excellent alternative divan base that could be delivered sooner. Excellent customer service in the store.

I was worried about coming out to shop, I had been shielding and apart from hospital or surgery appointments had been nowhere. I need not have worried arrived at the Dreams store just after 10 o’clock and my husband and I were the only ones in the store. The salesman was very helpful, and after trying the digital sample mattress we were told which beds would suit us. It was all very easy, given strong paper sheet to place on the beds we tried also a pillow the same as we used at home. We found it all very easy and painless. Thank you.

Kirsten was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She explained how the sleep machine works and continued to help us choose the right bed for us without any pushy sales talk. We had her full attention from entering the store to leaving after placing our order. We were offered water whilst at the desk which was a nice touch.

Lovely sales lady who put us at ease when we entered the store not knowing what we wanted!! She couldn't of helped more if she tried!!

I was met with a smile and eye to eye contact so I was already pleased with the service ,nothing was too much and even though I went back and forth with my choices nothing was too much trouble,I didn’t feel pressured into buying the more expensive items and was shown a wide range of beds.so yes I was extremely satisfied with my experience at dreams.

Sales rep was exceptionally helpful but not pushy. Explained everything in detail which goes to show you buy from people you like.
