Rachel did a really good job of figuring out what kind of mattress would suit my sleep pattern the best, I am very satisfied with my experience with her!

I was asked if I needed help when I walked into the store at Clifton Moor, York. Having told him what I needed, the young male assistant showed me various mattresses whilst explaining the different products and prices. He helped me to make the final decision whilst assuring me that if it wasn’t right, I would be helped to choose another. He was extremely helpful, efficient service and I left feeling confident in my purchase.

Great customer service from Kirsty. She was extremely knowledgeable and at no point rushed me or pushed me into making a decision. She answered all my questions and was very polite.

The Saleman Christopher was knowledgable and was able to provide the information to help us make our decision

Very friendly atmosphere

We were the only people in the store, the assistant was very helpful, we had plenty of time to decide, the sleep machine thingy helped narrow down what to look at, the assistant was able to tell us which mattresses contained animal products so we could avoid these, the store was clean and there were good covid safe procedures.

The staff greeted us upon arrival and spent about an hour with us until we were sure upon the best product for us. Their knowledge and patience was excellent.
