The advisor, Dan, was totally helpful. We didn't feel pushed into a sale and his knowledge impressed us.

The store manager (Dan) spent a lot of time to help us select the correct bed for our comfort. At no point did we feel pressured into making a decision. Dan was polite, knowledgeable and friendly.

Dan was very helpful - no pressure but available when we needed him. He knows his stuff and he read us well. We felt confident he had sold us the right bed for us.
