Great customer service, eager to help

Sales person was well informed and did not push at all. Was able to show us the product we needed and was pleasant.

Employee was very knowledgeable and helpful but gave us time to have a think too

Maisie was very patient and explained what we needed to know that would help us make the purchase that would be right for us. She explained a out the different comfort levels and we are looking forward to our new bed.

We went to Tunbridge wells dreams store and the staff could not have been more helpful. Natalie helped us with our choices and guides us through the different options. Whilst we were finishing up the other lady in the store played a game of catch with my 7 year old as he had been really good but was getting bored. They couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, so thank you it was a very pleasant experience Mrs Cheal
