Lovely friendly staff at the Tunbridge Wells store, really helped me to find the right bed. Talked through all the different options over a cup of coffee. Absolutely no pressure to buy, in fact was told to think it over for a while to be sure and come back later. “Sleepmatch” was brilliant and did actually pick out the right bed for me. Thanks again Dan for all of your help.

Service was brilliant - Natalie was excellent, her knowledge was fabulous of all the products and listening to what we wanted was brilliant. There was no feeling of being rushed, there is no doubt that we would go back and request Natalie’s help in the future. The store is brilliant and felt extremely welcomed the moment we stepped into the store.

Because the young lady( Lauren) was pleasant , not pushy and very knowledgeable. Also the whole payment/ finance was very fast and easy.

Staff were attentive but not pushy. They demonstrated good knowledge of the products and gave good advice.

because the colleague known as Maisie did not pressure us and she was very helpful and explained thouroughly the use of the mattress and the fact that is was quite popular .She then left us to browse with no pressure offering us coffee and tea if we needed it, which i thought was very professional. After looking and choosing she went through all the information regarding the purchase and explaining all the details and delivery times. A very happy customer

I received immediate attention, the assistant gave me an overall explanation of the various types of mattresses and costs, without being overbearing and giving me time to consider in my own time.
