Walked in,my husband and I layed on the bed to see which mattress was best for us.The salesman Glenn was very helpful,not pushy but knew his products.

I was very satisfied with the assistant Maisie who was very friendly, helpful and personable and had good product knowledge. Considering she was the only person in the shop, she was very good.

My dreams colleague was Lauren. She was an exceptional staff member who went above and beyond in ensuring we had the right products for us. She was very encouraging in helping me try out the correct mattress, which I initially was reluctant to do as I am wheelchair bound. Would highly recommend. Lauren was fantastic
