We found Dan very knowledgeable regarding the product we came into see , he was extremely courteous even giving us a coffee and time to consider our purchase . We had actually been offered a better deal by Benson beds in Eastbourne for the same product but because Dan had been so nice to us we went with him .

Lauren at the TW store was friendly and helpful and didn’t try to do the hard sell which is utterly refreshing. Thank you!

Carol our sales assistant went over the top and actually made us a cup of tea whilst we were trying out the mattress and got us a duvet. It was fabulous! We full blown had a cup of tea in bed! Haha

Friendly assistant in Maisie...

Maisie was very knowledgable about all the products she advised us on and gave several options according to our needs and then asked us if we wished to take part in the sleep match guide which we did. This confirmed the options Maisie had given us with a few additions. We went on to try these. Maisie was very helpful, offering us a tea or coffee and told us to take our time and try out the beds before making any final decision.

Our sales representative, Maisie, was superbly knowledgeable and extremely brilliant! She managed the perfect combination of sales skills, knowledge and personality. The mattress was reasonably priced, readily available and worth every penny, best nights sleep I've ever had!!
