The staff were attentive to our needs. They showed us various types and styles. We were offered use of the test bed. They were polite and discussed our needs with us.

We were greeted by Dan who was polite, knowledgeable and had just the right level of interaction. He allowed us to browse, but was available when needed for detailed information. We were made most welcome on both visits with a coffee and friendly face. We had visited other bed stores but Dan's customer service skills made all the difference. A credit to your company.

On arrival we were given the utmost in attention by Carol at your tunbridge wells store She was very attentive to our needs and because I suffer with health problems I was very grateful to her for her sympathetic disposition. It was nice to experience very good customer service from the moment we walked into the store right up to the end, it’s something that is not experienced very often. Pleasant staff took time to understand our needs was patient with us and our 2 young children took us through the sleepmatch process to narrow down our search and answered all our questions. As a result we purchased a kingsize mattress and bed frame from you the following day and dealt with the same member of staff. Then recommended you to my parents who are also looking for a new mattress and bed.
