Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

I had an emergency visit due to a competitor letting me down. As I had purchased a bed for my son in June, I came back to a trusted retailer. I wasn't disappointed.

I just was highly satisfied with all aspects of my experience on visiting Dreams in the last week.

It was guick and I was well informed about the product

It was nice for once to go into a store and for someone to spend the time to ensure you purchased an item that fully met your needs. Listening and providing useful inform. Not trying to sell you a more expensive item than you needed. It was a pleasure, I can't rate the service highly enough.

The customer service was brilliant. Very friendly, took the time to understand that I was on a budget. I didn’t feel pressured at all to spend more than I had planned.

Staff very helpful, not too pushy, left us alone to think when required.

The Sales person is highly professional providing great help.
