I visited the store 10 days ago to look at ottoman beds. Carol greeted me when I arrived, asked what I was looking for, and proceeded to show me all the ottoman beds on show. She was very knowledgeable about the products, but was not pushy.I decided to think about which one was best for my needs, so she gave me a leaflet with her details and the price of the bed I thought I liked best. On Tuesday I phoned Carol and placed my order. Once again she was very professional ,explained everything in detail. It is nice to have friendly staff.

We were greeted by Natalie, at the Tunbridge Wells store. We were not pressurised in any way but an occasional offer of assistance was welcomed, even to offer a beverage was timed to perfection. Her experience was impeccable and as my wife has a serious spinal condition, Natalie suggested three mattresses, that quite honestly were perfect. We knew already what mattress we liked and could not afford. But she was absolutely perfect with her choice of alternatives. We ended up purchasing an ex-display with 50% reduction which we cannot wait to have delivered......three days, brilliant! Again we cannot thank Natalie enough, even bringing tears to my wife's eyes with her honesty and frankly a perfect shopping experience. It is fair to say as well that all the colleagues in Tunbridge were helpful, as were the staff at Bexhill branch. It makes a change for a company to get customer service right and who genuinely care, thanks Natalie and Dreams, top job and well done.!

We were greeted ,very quickly by a friendly member of staff and did not feel pressed at any time the chap knew the products inside and out giving us a complete view and options all the time ,would have no problems recommending this store to anyone
