Spoke to Dan on two occasions, for initial research on the first visit. We didn’t feel pressurised and left well informed. Upon returning, we were almost decided. Dan remembered us the following week and offered some further advice, we were offered drinks and well looked after.

I am a wheelchair user with very specific & quite unusual needs. The assistant asked the necessary & quite probing questions very tactfully & acted on these. The shop was busy & yet she gave us plenty of time to explain. She also gave us time alone to discuss options that we had

We didn't feel at all pressured whilst looking around & when we needed help it was there immediately. Natalie was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and we ended up with exactly what we needed The store has a lovely atmosphere & the staff are all great!

I was met almost at the door and offered assistance. Having come from Furniture Village where I had to find someone to come and help me only to find that the goods were incorrectly described on the label I left. I should have gone straight to Dreams in the first place. Fantastic service from start to finish from the guys in Tunbridge Wells. They were helpful, listened to what I wanted and showed me only things that were to my spec and within my budget. I left having purchased a bed and mattress and was very happy indeed. Hopefully the delivery people won't let the sales team down.

Excellent, friendly store staff helped us to choose the right bed for our child. They took the time to explain the choices available, and the potential dangers of certain options. The process was quick and delivery was arranged for a few days later. Will definitely go back to that store again

Chap that helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. Listened to what we wanted and how much we could spend. Found what we wanted very close to our budget without forcing us to spend too much.
