Both members of staff we dealt with were attentive to our needs and requirements. Both were friendly and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in and at no time tried the 'hard sell' technique. Various delivery days were offered a rare thing these days!!

The machine to see what mattress would be best for us really helped us narrow down our search. Your colleague was amazing! Felt he was very knowledgeable and able to give us time but didn’t give anything that felt like a hard sell!

I have shopped with DREAMS before and found the quality of the beds to be very good. The staff are always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

We were really looked after by Lauren at Dreams in Tunbridge Wells. We had a go on the Sleep Match bed to get ideas for the best mattress and Lauren took the time to explain it all to us and take us around a selection of mattresses identified. Really top class customer service!

The selection was wide and the store layout made it easy to understand what type of mattresses were available. The staff were really helpful and Dan helped us find a bed and mattress right for us.
