advice in store was excellent and delivery was as requested with phone call advising of exact delivery time which avoided wasted time comfort of mattress yet to be tested.

The AST manager served us and was fantastic. We were offered a drink, we used the machine to see what suited us, we were given a pillow to try the beds with, he was so knowledgable and answered all our questions. But wasn’t pushy either.

Ian was very knowledgeable he helped us through what we thought would be a very stressful experience and put us at ease. He was very friendly and approachable and I am now definitely a promoter and will share my experience with all my colleagues and friends, local or not. Me and my boyfriend haven't ever had to buy a bed and mattress together before and we are very happy with the service we received as well as the products.
