Ian at the tunbridge wells store was incredibly helpful and really took the time to help us find the right matress as well as introducing us to some amazing pillows. 1st class all around!

Quick response by staff to ask if they could help. Staff friendly and understanding. Excellent service by Maisie and her colleague. Good quality products. Even though I couldn't spend alot- on very limited budget- the staff went the extra mile to help- even offered me a cup of coffee and didn't rush me in any way. I would highly recommend the Tunbridge wells dreams shop to everyone.

We were approached whilst looking around, but didn't feel pounced apon. Maisie was very friendly and didn't feel as if she was giving us a selling speech. We were shown some mattresses that match our sleep assessment but when we explained they were out of our price range we were shown some other options.
