The lady who assisted me in the Tunbridge Wells store (Sheena) was excellent.

Good service and helpful staff.

The store manager was very knowledgeable, took time to understand our needs, gave us space to make choices before revisiting to help answer questions and make decisions. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, a real credit to the company and excellent at her job!

We felt that the sales assistant was very professional and knowledgeable and provided sufficient sales advice and space to enable us to make the correct purchase decision. Overall it gave us the impression that Dream’s trains its staff to a high standard.

i rung the store and the chap on the phone was so helpful , a couple times my phone cut off because of signal and the chap rung me back to help me with my order which i thought was so nice , he spent the time over the phone to make sure i was happy with what i was collecting the next day from the shore , upon collecting my item the staff was so helpful and carried the items to my car , the store was clean , i couldnt wish for better service , just wish all stores worked in this manor , so well done tunbridge wells , dreams should be proud of you all that work there , fantastic service , without your staff dreams wouldnt be such a dream to deal with , so i thank you

I suffer from mental health problems, and the lady who served me was fantastic. She was extremely helpful, very understanding of my needs and just wonderfully helpful. She listened to what I was looking for and talked me through options and gave welcome advice. Was such a pleasure going into the shop 😊

Efficient and knowledgable sales person. Liked the mattress firmness computer programme and test rig. Seemed to work well with our feelings about firmness. No other company offered this facility.
