Lauran was very helpful and did not rush us and offered us coffee .service couldent of been better

The assistant was extremely helpful in enabling us to choose the most suitable bed.

The lady that served us was lovely and very knowledgeable. Having two children with us we needed the whole experience to be as simple as possible and it was. We were offered a hot drink and made to feel welcome. Thank you

Overall we were highly satisfied with our shopping experience at Tunbridge Wells. Several members spoke to us in a friendly manner. We were offered refreshments. Natalie could not be more helpful. She appeared very knowledgeable and she was very patient. We weren't pressured into our purchase and we are eagerly awaiting our bed. We would be happy to share experience with our friends and family. We wish more retailers gave their customers the type of shopping experience that we experienced at Dreams. So we would like to say a big thank you to all the staff that spoke to us during our shopping experience.

The assistant (Natalie) in Dreams Tunbridge Wells was very welcoming. She listened to what we required and advised us where to look in the store. Left us to browse but did keep returning to see if she could be of more help. It was a good shopping experience and we purchased a lovely matress.

Good service

We were warmly welcomed and straightaway offered a hot drink but more importantly we were not pressurised in any way which meant we felt comfortable in looking at various bed options. The salesperson, Glen Gerry, could not have been more helpful.

I was satisfied with the shop I eventually bought from but had to trave 15+ miles between stores ti find one with the bed on display. Otherwise I might as well have bought online from another seller at a cheaper price. Having all beds on display is your one advantage over online stores.

Lauren made us feel comfortable and gave us practical impartial advice and gave us a good choice of beds to choose from. We didn’t feel pressurised into making a wrong purchase and are looking forward to delivery of mattress in next couple of days. We have already recommended Dreams to family and friends. The computerised bed system was great - made us feel we were making the right choice from so many different available choices. Thank you Lauren.
