Lauren who served us was very knowledgeable, helpful and covered all areas of information that we needed you know. There was no pressure from her to make a purchase and she was very honest about everything. Lauren was very friendly and bubbly, couldn’t of wished for better assistance on our visit to Dreams.

Wasn’t sure what I was actually looking for, Natalie went though all of the options and the best prices for my needs. She was very patient and polite, wouldn’t let us buy one that we wasn’t 100% sure on which is amazing. Very satisfied and can’t wait for my new bed to arrive. Thank you Natalie.

Natalie was a fantastic saleswoman who really brightened our day, she offered us drinks and told us all the information we needed to know on the bed we went on to buy. She wasn’t pushy and gave us space to think through our purchase. All financing and delivery options were well explained and the staff in the office seemed genuinely happy and approachable. We spoke and laughed with a few different members of staff whilst there. I would highly recommend this Dreams store to anyone looking for a new bed.

We tried out your sleep match system to find out what beds would be best for us. This turned out to be a mattress that was very close to the mattress we had previously been looking at and we trusted the system and went for it
