The customer service was excellent. I like that it was made as easy as possible to focus on the type of bed I wanted due to the colour coding system.

Having not purchased a bed for many years we were a little apprehensive but the visit to the store and the help of your member of staff made it very pleasurable.

Lauren was very engaging Just the right level of enthusiasm engagement and knowledge despite it being her first day back from maternity leave She wasn’t afraid to ask help of her colleagues which reassured us.

Excellent service over a number of weeks

The salesperson quickly found out what we were looking for, pointed us in the right direction, and then left us alone until we needed more assistance which she then provided. It was good to be left alone while we looked and narrowed down our choice. She was then able to advise us on the merits of the different items in our short list and to efficiently take our order.

Incredibly professional and patience

Ian was very helpful but not over baring. He had good product knowledge but knew when to leave us to have a think and a chat.
