Had the headboard in stock that we required.

The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable and guided us to what we were looking for. The delivery date which we wanted was available which meant we would have a family member at home to assist us where needed The coffee was very good and very welcome!!

Natalie was very helpful without being "in you face" or putting on any pressure. She was very knowledgeable and explained things well. I liked the use of coloured runners to easily identify the different types of mattress.

When I walked in Glenn was immediately available. He was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He took time to explain the differences between different mattresses and investigated which divan bases were available in the two large, two small drawers.
