Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

The shop is well set out,easy to find what we wanted. The sales assistant was very helpful without being pushy. She gave us a lot of information about the product and gave us plenty of time to make up our minds.

Maisie was lovely at the tunbridge wells branch. Great customer service and really helpful. :)

Customer service very good, time taken to explain colours, given different pillows to try and even brought cup of tea in bed!

Our visit was so easy, the store in Tunbridge Wells is large and very well spaced out with lots of choice. The assistant was very helpful and friendly towards me and my wife. I am looking forward to our purchase being delivered very soon.

An all round excellent experience. This was our first bed we had bought together and we didn’t know much about the different types but were given a really thorough explanation, advice and guidance and are delighted with the option we chose. I would also add this advice was at our request (after we ended up confused), there was no heavy selling at any point and we felt free to brows

This is the second visit we have made, we brought our mattress here and came back to buy are children's. The price is more expensive but the customer service keeps us coming back.
