Great choice of products, but the main thing was the man who helped . He gave us some information and then left us to look around and then he came back in about 10 minutes - great service, highly satisfied with all the services given.

The assistant Natalie was so helpful, explaining all of the different types of frames, mattresses, headboards etc. She didn't pressure us at all but let us look round and ask questions when needed. She gave great advice and was really friendly.

Very quick,efficient,allowed us to look around at our own pace and encouraged us to try the beds out for firmness and didn't put pressure on us.

We were given excellent customer service by Natalie, who was really knowledgeable and helpful. She understood why we were concerned about having to buy a new mattress and gave us excellent advice and information

Natalie helped us find what we were looking for and gave us advice and information relating to what we wanted to buy. She was very helpful but not pushy in the slightest

We had to wait a little while to be seen but only because the staff were busy taking other orders. It wasn't a problem. Dan who served us was very pleasant and had very good product knowledge and understood what we were looking for and was able to assist us with ease.

The sales assistant was knowledgable and very helpful. Really knew his stuff. I explained what we thought we wanted. He asked all the right questions to eventually lead me to a very happy sale. Well done. Looking forward to the delivery.
