I highly recommend Dreams as my experience was first class. My Customer Advisor was very friendly, extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and accommodating and the products on offer were of very high quality. I am so pleased with my entire experience and am comfortable knowing that I have chosen the best for my needs.

I was greeted by a very friendly assistant who was prepared to spend time explaining all the products and allowing me to test them at my leisure. As a result I asked when she - Carol - worked next as I felt confident that she was the sales assistant that would enable me to make a honest purchase.

Dan was really helpful, not pushy, clearly clued up on all things beds and sleep. And he helped work out our needs for a bed, without us even knowing them ourselves. Really easy and satisfying purchase!

Great service. Even offered a drink

Carol took the time to understand our needs, was very knowledgeable & we felt comfortable with her. Other staff members were friendly, the atmosphere of the branch was pleasant & the store was clean & uncluttered. All in all a good experience.

Staff were very friendly and kind. Spoke to Glenn and another young woman (brown hair) who had great customer service. So far everything was made easy and we appreciate that nothing was force upon us. Staff believe in their products and spoke honestly.

The sales assistant / manager was extremely helpful and arranged for our order to be amended when we realised we had ordered a bed which was slightly too long for the space available. Excellent staff!!
