We’re really helped by the store manager Ian and was explained fully what products were available

Carol listened to our requirements and offered sensible appropriate solutions. She sold us additional items that we hadn't planned to buy but did in a non pushy way that showed me the benefits of her suggestions She knew the product range available and showed us a number of options that could work

The store manager took his time to understand our needs / requirements and also took into consideration our budget. He showed us what was available along with other options. We then went away (for a few weeks) and then returned back to same store to place the order.

Customer service was excellent, very friendly without being pushy and the assistant was well-informed about the products and gave helpful advice, suggesting items that suited our rather specific requirements and our budget. The product range was good and offered a range of options without being too overwhelming. The quality of the products (bed and mattress) was also of a high standard and we were encouraged to test mattresses, offered pillows and refreshment,

The assistant was very helpful and friendly and no trouble helping us place our order.
