Staff very friendly offered water as a very hot day, understood what we wanted and gave advice on appropriate products - very pleased

In the Tunbridge Wells branch Ian was very attentive but happy to also leave us to browse and not crowd us. He offered us refreshments and was very knowledgable about the products

Natalie had excellent product knowledge, was friendly and helpful. The colour coded runners made it very easy to navigate the store. Unfortunately my husband allowed me to try the blue runner mattresses, which resulted in a purchase and while this means our social life may be a bit quieter for a few months due to a lower bank balance and we will not eat for a couple of weeks also a result of this......at least we will be able to get an early night and recover from our weakened state in a VERY comfortable bed... Sweet Dreams!
