Pefect, would go back to Dream Tunbridge Wells, assistant was highly knowledgeable and very friendly, did not push at all. Great job and is pleased with my purchase, choosing a bed is very important as you spend a lot of time in it and need a good nights sleep.

A staff member named Maisie at the Tunbridge Wells store helped up during our visit. We were highly satisfied with the service we received, all of our questions were answered and we were offered tea and coffee. We were struggling to decide which bed to purchase so we were given time to discuss. Very friendly staff.

Greeted promply upon arival to the store. Given easy to understand advice on the different kind of mattresses. The shop asisstant periodically checked if we neded any help as we were making our way round the store but wasnt intrusive. Value for money is great as it was sale time.

Carol displayed the correct balance of knowledge, attention and understanding that it is not necessary to hover over a customer for the duration of a visit a store. Whilst dealing with another returning customer her colleague took over and transferred again once completed. Excellent communication which ensured we were provided with the information we needed and product guidance to feel confident of making a purchase during our visit rather than looking elsewhere. Well done all round!
