Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

The staff offered advice, listened to us and provided excellent pillows to wander round with to try different mattresses but weren’t pushy, or in our face. We were offered refreshments- nice coffee and made to feel relaxed! After much deliberation the staff were ready to make the sale without us having to go look for anyone, we bought pillows aswell which wasn’t planned but they were too comfy to leave!

The assistant met our every need and steered us towards what we already felt we needed rather to sell us something else. They were good with our children. They knew their product range well.

Very very helpful. Good guidance & knowledge. Right level of interaction - knew when to give us 5 minutes to talk between ourselves. Lovely latte.

After a morning of trying out any and all mattresses in the area we came back to Dreams twice. Each time the staff were friendly, but not pushy, they gave us enough space and the right system for us to find the correct mattress for us. Ian, the store manager caught us at the ideal moment and made sure he put our minds at ease. The mattress we chose was perfect, however we were worried about the price as it's a lot of money for us. Ian gave us plenty of advice to make an informed decision

Easy purchase and lots of help available

The assistant Natalie at the Tunbridge Wells store was very informative, knew her products, took time to find out what we needed, made informative recommendations because she listened...we are both in sales ourselves and thought she was exceptional...other members of staff were friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We would recommend this store.

Natalie the store assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful whilst also leaving us to browse on our own.

We were attended to immediately but in a friendly, non pushy way. We were listened to , but also given additional input that we had not thought of. i just felt that the level of advice and service was "just right" geared at our level ,not being pushy or giving overwhelming options, respecting our choice. We did not have a lot of time and we were given good clear advice. The person looking after us was Glenn in Tunbridge Wells, please pass on thanks directly to him if this is possible.
