THE ASSISTANT (GLENN) HAD GREAT PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND WAS HAPY TO SPEND THE TIME TO ENSURE I GOT THE RIGHT MATTRESS.

I came in to pick up a mattress protector I had ordered with my bed over the phone, I got chatting to dan and he highlighted the cool range and I was interested in how it worked so after a few questions I bought a cool sheet and will be back to buy a cool duvet if its good! very refreshing service, even as I was only in to pick something up and not actually buy anything I was surprised by how much care and attention I received. 5 star service, thank you

Everything was where it should be, colleagues were attentive, it was what we would expect

Lovely lady sales assistant who showed me not only the range of mattresses I was looking for but also answered questions about cooling mattresses. Out of my price range but something to save for! No pushy selling and lovely light airy premises with lots of space to look around. Never been in a Dreams store before so was a bit apprehensive and knew very little about mattresses. Learned a lot in a very pleasant way. Mattresses are being delivered on Friday so can't comment on delivery yet.
