The showroom staff were very pleasant and helpful. The showroom was neat clean and tidy and items were well displayed.

Attentive, polite and knowledgeable staff and yet we didn't feel 'pounced on' when we walked in. They offered us drinks and even moved mattresses around so we could try combinations of different bases. We felt completely relaxed which is the only way to choose what you are going to sleep on! Ease of ordering and great assistance. All round excellence and quality service. Thank you.

Staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable, helped whittle down the areas of the store that we should look and got us a cup of tea/coffee while we made our decision!

The assistant was very approachable and very helpful. He asked relevant questions, asked me what I was looking for and gave me a good balance of information and also time to browse by myself

Staff were accommodating as soon as we stepped into the store. I have never bought a bed before so it was lovely to feel instantly welcomed and not felt pressured to buy anything. The member of staff just wanted to understand what I wanted and then deliver. We even got a coffee and I was able to dress the bed in my own cushions etc to see if I really liked it - staff were completely happy for me to do this and I liked that they wanted me to be sure about the bed, mattress and headboard combo I was choosing.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and well informed about the products. They understood my needs and were not pushy.
