Really excellent sales person. Knowledgeable and friendly with nothing being too much trouble.

I went to Dreams in Tunbridge Wells. I called first to see if they had the specific frame I wanted and they did. I spoke to Matt on the phone who was really knowledgable and very friendly on the phone. I then went to the shop and dealt with Matt again. He was on the ball, not pushy but present if we needed help with choice which I really appreciated.

Great store, bright, airy and clean. Staff approached us fairly quickly but still gave us freedom to browse alone, very approachable and knowledgable. Didn’t feel pressured.

The sales lady was very good and made very good suggestions. the Bed looks amazing i cant wait to get it

The store assistant masie in the Tunbridge Wells branch was very helpful and understanding with helping me choose the right mattress and bed frame for my type of style and needs would defiantly buy a bed from dreams again

Sales lady was polite and curteous. Knew the products and was not in the least overpowering or pushy as sadly experienced in other stores. This person is a credit to your team
