Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

Was great. Lay down on loads of beds and found the one we wanted. Ian from the Tunbridge wells store was very knowledgeable and friendly.

It was my first experience in Dreams. Pleased with product choice. The staff member Dan who helped us was knowledgeable, took time to understand what we were after and was not pushy at all.

The service was very quick and efficient.

Ian delivered excellent customer service.. knew everything about the products and found exactly what we were looking for quickly.

The sales assistant was helpful and well informed. We were not rushed in any way and did not feel pushed into making a purchase.

From the moment I entered the store I was at ease, a member of staff asked me if I needed assistance. I told him that I was just wanted to browse for a while and he was happy to let me do that. I was in no way pressured. When I had looked at the beds that I was interested in the sales assistant came over and was very helpfull and knowledgeable about the products that interested me.After he had thoroughly explained everything to me I made my decision and bought the new mattress that I wanted.

Wide variety of products together with staff that have both knowledge and personal skills.

Carol served us. We had walked out of a previous store because no one interacted with us! She was really helpful, knowledgeable about the products but not pushy. We didn’t feel rushed and felt that we’d made the right decision when we came out. There were a lot of mattresses to chose from, and it was a bit overwhelming but carol asked us a few questions and then knew what we needed. Was easier than I’d expected. Nice lady and great customer service. Thank you!!

The assistant was not overbearing. She left us to look around at our leisure. Was immediately available when we needed assistance. Very pleasant lady.
